Barbados is flat in comparison to most islands in the Caribbean. The highest point in Barbados is the peak of Mount Hillaby [340 meters (1,120 ft) above sea level], which is located in the Parish of St Andrew, and overlooks an area known as “Scotland District.”
Coming from an island like Dominica, which is very mountainous – it was incredible to witness how flat Barbados really is from the aircraft. Looked like a giant puzzle.
